Bendigo’s Victory Christian College opens new VCE building

Martlec provides electrical installations including data cabling

Electrical installations for new school buildings can be complex, with computer cabling, data cabling and lighting all part of today’s essential mix.

Education providers need to ensure their electrical contractor is up to the task and can carry out the job efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

So when Victory Christian College in Bendigo selected Martlec Services to carry out the electrical work for a new VCE centre we jumped at the opportunity, knowing the centre would make a real difference to the school’s senior students.

The new facility, which officially opened in the middle of the month, is a great addition to the P-12 college. The school became a VCE provider in 2013, starting with a small group of Year 11 students. Those ranks are now swelling each year and the new centre is another positive step forward for the college’s VCE program.

Martlec Services took on the whole electrical installation for the centre from start to finish. The brief included installation of a public address system, lighting, power and communications such as phone and data cabling. Schools are increasingly embracing technology in day-to-day learning, making it vital that electrical systems support the fast-paced, high-tech evolution sweeping across the education sector and into classrooms.

Our professional and experienced electricians are proud to have worked on Victory Christian College’s VCE centre in Bendigo. Helping deliver a great facility today for tomorrow’s leaders is rewarding work.
